For candidates
Know what runs before the interview starts.
Candidates receive a disclosure before connecting Honesti. Monitoring begins only after the setup flow is accepted and the desktop agent is paired.
Before the interview
Your setup page identifies the interview and explains what the agent can and cannot observe. You review that disclosure before receiving a pairing code and connecting the desktop agent.
While Honesti is running
The agent reports limited computer-environment signals such as running application names, visible window or browser-tab titles where supported, remote-access or screen-sharing tools, and connected display count.
Outside the boundary
Honesti does not capture your screen, files, messages, keystrokes, passwords, clipboard, browsing history, camera, or microphone. It cannot see another phone, tablet, or computer.
You can stop the agent
Monitoring is limited to the interview session while the agent is open. Closing the agent stops monitoring. If you have questions about whether participation is required, ask the hiring organization before accepting.
How observations are used
Honesti presents timestamped signals to a person for review. A signal can have an innocent explanation, so it should be considered alongside the interview rather than treated as an automatic judgment.
Questions about your data
The hiring organization controls the session record in its Honesti workspace. Contact that organization about access, correction, retention, or deletion for a specific interview. For product behavior, see the privacy overview or email founders@honesti.ai.
