Privacy at Honesti
Collect less. Explain it clearly.
Honesti is designed to produce a limited, reviewable record of computer-environment signals during a specific interview—not a recording of the candidate’s digital life.
What the interview agent observes
While an interview session is running, Honesti can report application and process names, visible window and browser-tab titles where the operating system permits it, whether remote-control or screen-sharing software is active, and the number of connected displays.
What it does not collect
Honesti does not collect screen contents, document or message contents, keystrokes, passwords, clipboard data, browsing history, camera footage, microphone audio, or activity on another device.
Purpose and human review
Signals are presented to authorized hiring-team members as context for review. Honesti does not treat a signal as proof by itself and does not make an automated hiring decision.
Retention and deletion
Each organization configures a session-retention period between 30 and 2,555 days. Authorized organization administrators can export a session record or delete a session and its associated candidate data. Completed, ended, and failed sessions are eligible for removal after the configured retention window.
Who controls the interview data?
The hiring organization creates the session and manages access, retention, exports, and deletion within its workspace. Candidates should direct requests about a particular interview to that organization. Product questions can be sent to founders@honesti.ai.
